I look for more in a multi than just the numbers such as what kind of Zinc and magnesium is in it. After extensive research into multivitamins, Adam is the best I’ve found. The oil capsules are easier on the stomach and absorb faster. They also put a lot of though into the ratios of the ingredients. The pill is a bit large so it may be an issue for some, but that’s the only negative.

I thought that since these are 2 a day they would come in a size meant for humans to swallow. I was wrong. As a gelcap they are a bit easier to swallow than the hard pills at this size. I’ll try to choke these down but won’t be reordering them.
Do they work? I don’t know, I’ve never felt any different taking or not taking any daily multivitamin.

I’ve tried quite a few daily vitamins, and this is the best one yet. The main reason is that all the others were powder in a capsule that always had strong flavor, and smell, or a dry compressed pill that was hard to swallow. These are liquid in a gel-cap so they go down easy, and don’t have strong flavor.

These turned my piss an alarming shade of nuclear neon green, which is apparently normal according to the internet (per a high dose of one specific vitamin I don’t recall), so I’m going to roll with that.
