Because so many reasons. So lets look at what the ingredients are thought to help with:Coenzyme Q10, thought to help cells make energy and acts as an antioxidant . Should get: 100–200 mg. Supplement has: 200mg.Beetroot, The nitrates in beetroot are used to make nitric oxide, which relaxes blood vessels and may improve circulation and lower blood pressure. Daily goal: 200–400+ mg. Supplement provides: 4000mg.Vitamin D3, helps absorb calcium. This daily has a large span, but a general number is 600–2,000 IU. This supplement provides; 1,000, so middle of the road.Vitamin K2: It helps with normal blood clotting, bone health, and contributes to proteins that manage calcium. 90–120 mcg is a recommended range, this product has 120mcg.So, the amounts pre functional ingredient are absolutely respectable.I have enjoyed the bottle I’ve used, and can recommend it. As with all of these types of things, do your own research. Know what the ingredients are meant to do, and stay informed.They're about the same as other vitamins in terms of swallowing, I found them easy to take and no stomach issues.Can recommend if you're looking for this type of product.

I have taken all the ingredients in this supplement separately. Namely CoQ10, K2 , D3 vitamin and beetroot powder as well.It is very convenient to find a formula standardized for all of them, in a capsule that is not huge and difficult to eat.I really like this supplement, and I prefer it with my morning stack. I feel that it gives me some energy, if I take it at night I feel restless and I cannot fall asleep. This is actually the only side effect that I noticed, otherwise this supplement did not cause me any inconvenience at all.The supplement is formulated to help with headaches, in addition to maintenance of the cardiovascular health. I cannot say that I noticed improvement as of yet, I still got headaches, possibly for other factors such as poor air quality.I will also mention that this is a product made in Canada and it is NPN certified.I am happy with the formula, everything is fine: the beetroot is standardized, the vitamin D is in the D3 form, (most absorption) the K2 vitamin is mk7 version and such.I will continue to use, I feel great when I take this in the morningThank you

This is not just a combo supplement with a bunch of nutrients in it that have small amounts each where you have to take 3 per day - This one only requires 1 per day and each of the ingredients in 1 capsule here are in regularly sufficient quantities for daily intake without having to take additional supplements of the same kind to get enough for the day. This makes it very convenient and saves me time from having to take 4 separate ones.The pills have a mild neutral scent and they are small so they're easily portable and easy to swallow with food or water. There's no requirement to refrigerate as they're shelf stable. The pills are all 99% full and I haven't seen any contaminants. There is no powder on the outsides so they're clean to handle.I haven't experienced any after taste and there's no side effects so I will continue taking this and consider it for re order because of the convenience factor.

It comes with only 60 capsules in the container but I like the combination because everything is in one capsule so I don’t have to take separate capsules for each of these. The supplement capsules are of average size.This is a Made in Canada product and comes with an NPN number. My container came with a 04/2028 expiration so the product appears to be extremely fresh.Usually, in a supplement complex like this, the individual mg. content is severely reduced but the quantities here are high enough that I feel that I can reap benefits from the supplement, the mg. content being similar to what can be found in the same standalone supplement.I would recommend this supplement.

Other than a smaller concentration of CoQ10, the rest are fairly standard daily doses of supplement that I would take on a regular basis. This is a powerful 4-1 one supplement that makes taking heart healthy supplements easier. The supplements are easy to swallow and there is no aftertaste. The supplement is not known to be third party tested, but it is made in Canada.
