I've been taking this all in one Ashwagandha/L theanine / magnesium supplement 1 hour before bed, for about 2.5 weeks and it has noticeably helped with getting me deeper sleep. I like how the ingredients are generally very safe and it saves me time, effort and money so I dont' have to source the multiple ingredients and take them separately, I get consistent doses each night. The capsules are average/large size but still easy to take with water. There's no after taste and no scent. I haven't noticed any negative side effects - these ingredients seem to be generally very safe to take, in my opinion and experience.I like how I only have to take 1 and I'm done and it works fairly fast, within the hour. "Your mileage may vary" as every body is different but its worth a shot if you're looking for better sleep quality.

This supplement combines 3 supplements which are known to promote sleep. I can say from experience that Ashgawanda definitely works - I take it after supper, and notice a real difference in falling asleep (and this dose is what I already take). I've been experimenting with Magnesium as well, though I don't know if it has been doing anything (and I've been taking considerably more than this supplement, the amount of magnesium here is not huge). I haven't tried L-Theanine before, but am excited to try throwing something new in the mix.I'm not sure about how established this brand is, though they seem to have positive reviews on other products on Amazon. This product is Canadian made, GMP certified, lab tested, has an NPN number - it ticks all the boxes for quality. Visually they look fine. For the price, it seems like a great deal.

I was having anxiety issues and after speaking to a doctor friend, this supplement was recommended. What a game changer. First and foremost, it puts me to sleep. I’ve been taking this for a few months and it works every time. I try to take it about two hours before bed and in that time I become drowsy and I sleep until morning. This is not a substitute for prescription meds however if you need a bit more help with sleep try this first.

Came fast, have only taken it for a few days so not sure how it's working although I slept really well last night!

When i know i have a stressful day ahead of me, or if my mood is off, this has been a lifesaver. It brings a nice sense of calm and focus on the days i really need it. I don't take them daily. Just as needed.
