Evernate currently ships within Canada only.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on orders of CA$50 or more.
- Orders under CA$50: CA$9.99 for standard shipping.
- Subscription orders always ship free.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery then takes about 3–5 business days for most addresses in Canada. Remote and northern areas may take longer.
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, your parcel arrives damaged, or something is missing, email info@evernate.com or call 1 (800) 741-9241 within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
