I’ve been taking this supplement for a while and I’m pretty happy with it. The capsules are easy to take and don’t have any unpleasant taste. I’ve noticed my skin feels a bit more hydrated, and overall it’s been a nice addition to my daily routine. I’ll keep using it to see the longer-term results.

This supplement targets hair, skin, nails and even joints, all parts that can deteriorate with age and as a senior, I’ve certainly noticed decline in all those areas.This supplement is made in Canada with high standard manufacturing, has a NPN license and been third party tested which is important to me. It contains a combination of collagen, hylauronic acid, biotin, sal palmetto and even vitamin C. I like the convenience of combining these ingredients in one single supplement; much easier than juggling separate bottles, less storage clutter.The pills are easy to swallow and I found they had no aftertaste nor gave me any GI upset. It’s recommended to take it three times per day with food which may not be an easy or desirable routine for some but I found it easiest to remember by including one with each meal.They say consistency over time is best and any results may not be realized until at least 2-3 months. I ordered this 4 in 1 supplement from Evernate mainly for hair and skin health. It's been helping me get sufficient daily amounts of each of the nutrients in it. I use it as a supplement to my supplements. Normally, I take saw palmetto by itself. But instead, lately I've been taking other combination supplements that have saw palmetto but not enough by itself to give me the total amount of saw palmetto that I need every day but it includes other nutrients that have daily limits so I can't just take multiples of those to get enough saw palmetto. So I add on this combo from Evernate to make sure I get enough saw palmetto as its only 83.3mg per capsule. It says to take 3 per day with food, but I only take 1 per day based on my needs. I find with the other ingredients like biotin and collagen, it has helped my hair fall out less after taking it daily for 4 weeks.I haven't had any negative side effects that I could notice. The pills have no odor and no after taste. They're really small so they're easy to take and easily portable. There's no refrigeration required after opening. The pills have no powder on the outsides so they're clean to handle. They are all filled to capacity and I never saw any contaminants in them. I would consider ordering it again.

Seems like a great product. I've only been taking it for two weeks, therefore, havent seen any results yet which is normal.For a long time I was taking collagen in powder form that you mixte with water, this would blot me severely, so I really like these capsule, I dont feel bloated after taking them.The capsules are bit large for me too swallow, but am getting used to it.The capsule are made of good quality. The capsule itself is strong and spongy and dosent break apart with sharp edges like other product I've used in the past.

I know Evernate as the "mix a bunch of actives in one formulation" brand, and I've liked a lot of their formulations such as the one for joint pain. That being said, I didn't see a great amount of benefit from this, and am wholly unsurprised that that was the case. The problem is that capsules just don't store a lot of collagen. At 1000mg a day this is an almost imperceptible perturbation in collagen intake for a healthy diet. Hyaluronic acid supplements actually act by being broken down and its fragments acting as signalling for your skin to make more, so if that mechanism isn't working well in your body, it won't work for you. Biotin and Saw Palmetto are mainstays for skin and hair so they have some activity there, but overall, I think the 4-in-1 proposition is weak. Nevertheless, it's a quality supplement, just make sure you do your research to understand what works for you.

I've been taking these collagen caplets for almost a month, and I just ran out of them (taking 3 a day, as recommended). They're your standard sized pill with no after taste. I didn't notice immediate results, and I imagine I'd have to take them for more than a month. However, they were easy to digest and the ingredients were all clearly labeled. The $29 price tag for 90 caplets is on par with other collagen brands I've used before. I would definitely order from this company again.

Saw palmetto is really good for your hair. This product is a classic hair skin nail formula but has Saw palmetto too, which is nice
