I've been trying this all in one liver support complex from Evernate for the past month and its been helping me with minor acne. It seems to put the acne through its phases faster, thus healing it faster. I didn't do anything different from the suggestion of 1 capsule a day. It's supposed to be taken with meals so its dead simple to remember to take. The capsules are on the smaller end of average, so they're easy to swallow with food or water. There's no smell and no after taste. They have no powder on the outsides so nothing gets on my hands. All of the pills are filled to the max and I haven't seen any contaminants in any of the pills. There's no requirement to refrigerate after opening as its shelf stable so its easy to store.I haven't had any negative side effects but since these are herbs I will continue taking it through to completion and cycle it a month on, and a few weeks off until its done. It's a 120 day supply so for me it will last me longer than that, calendar wise. I would consider ordering it again in the future.
