Good source of cranberry supplement with added hibiscus and dandelion root. The pills are vegan, easy to swallow and odour free. I take two pills per day and have had no problems. The capsules come in a large double sealed bottle. Recommended.

This urinary blend by Evernate was a godsend recently when I felt those familiar symptoms. Not only is this a high dose formula but it includes the four most effective constituents for tackling urinary issues. With D-Mannose, Cranberry, Hibiscus and Dandelion root and none of the fillers, I found this to be more effective than other remedies I've tried. I like that this is made in Canada and has a verifiable NPN number which gave me the confidence to try a brand I'd never tried before. The capsules aren't overly large and are easy to swallow and didn't give me any digestive upsets.

This D-Manose product was ordered as an alternative to a 100% pure product currently used by my wife. With this product you are getting 1000mg of D-Manose which is the same as her current dosage. However, this is a 4 in 1 supplement which includes Hibiscus, Cranberry, and Dandelion root. It is advertised as a supplement for Urinary tract, bladder, kidney, and Cleanse support. So far the product appears to be managing her UTI issues as before with the added 4 in 1 feature. The price is very competitive and more reasonable than similar products.

I have struggled with reoccurring bladder infections for years, and when I started taking cranberry supplements I noticed a dramatic improvement in frequency of the UTI’s. This supplement is a fantastic natural alternative to improve your bladder and kidneys health. I take these most days to prevent UTI’s, and double up on days I start to feel Iike I am getting an infection. The pills are a little large, but worth it for the benefits. Great value seeing how many you get, and the quality. Although plain cranberry pills worked for me in the past, I like the additional additives to support more holistic health rather than just increasing the urine’s acidity.

This one finally works.I have been suffering from frequent urinating for 3 months, 4 doctors checked everything but nothing is positive. The last doctor said I can try D-mannose for 1 month. Tried one brand but seemed no obvious improvement.then I tried this one, I could feel the difference from the very first dose. After 3 days, no pressure no symptoms, just 3 times a night to the bathroom which is already something amazing to me. I opened the capsule, and use 3 times a day, every time with 2 capsules…. Will change to recommend dose until all the symptoms go away

First review on Amazon because I am that passionate about this supplement; if you are a woman with recurrent UTIs, please try this. Yes, your diet matters and no, it likely won’t correct (on its own) whatever underlying issues are causing the recurrence, but I am now consistently symptom free. I take 3 of these, twice per day, alongside AOR probiotic 3. My recurrent UTI and staph symptoms are gone. No more antibiotics, no more hospital trips. People complain in other reviews that these pills have a funny smell, and they do, but I am convinced that these people don’t actually suffer from UTIs. I would have eaten something that smelled like literal dog poo if it stopped my debilitating UTIs; luckily these are nowhere near that bad. I also have pure D Mannose in powder form set aside in case my symptoms ever return, but haven’t had to use it in months. If I’m not in a hurry, I break open the capsules and take the contents in a glass of water to avoid eating so many capsules. Never stop making these.

Très agréablement surprise par ces gélules. J'étais habituée a prendre de la canneberge et ça ne marchait pas trop avec le temps. Toujours des problèmes de cystites et d'inconfort. Le Dmanose associé à la canneberge est salutaire. Au bout de 5 jours, un gros plus et au bout de 15 jours, plus de problèmes ou d'inconfort urinaire. 1 gélule par jour me suffit en prévention. J'ai des problèmes de cystites depuis plus de 50 ans...et je suis enfin mieux. À suivre avec le temps.
