Joint & Inflammation Support — Turmeric, Curcumin & Ginger

I switched this in for my usual morning turmeric, while still taking another turmeric blend from the same company at night, so it’s a bit hard to say what’s doing what — but together, something seems to be working. I’ve noticed a slight decrease in inflammation in a few of my usual problem areas, and I haven’t had any negative side effects, which is always something I pay attention to.What I do appreciate about this blend is that it’s not just turmeric on its own. The added ingredients bring a bit more to the table in a way that feels supportive rather than overwhelming. Moringa is one I hadn’t really used before, but it’s known for being really nutrient-dense and can help support energy and overall vitality in a more steady, balanced way. The Ceylon cinnamon is a nice touch too — it’s often associated with helping maintain healthy blood sugar levels, which can play into energy and cravings throughout the day.Ginger is something I’ve always found helpful for digestion, and I do think it adds to that “settled” feeling in your gut, especially when paired with turmeric. The tart cherry is an interesting addition as well — it’s often linked to muscle recovery and joint comfort, which makes sense in a blend geared toward inflammation support. Garlic rounds it out in a way that supports overall wellness, especially when it comes to heart health and immune function.Because I started this alongside another supplement, I can’t say for certain what’s responsible for the changes I’ve noticed, or if they’re just working really well together — but I do feel like my inflammation has been a bit more manageable lately, and that’s always a win.As always, I think it’s really important to run supplements by a healthcare provider, especially when you’re layering products or already taking medications, just to make sure everything is working together safely.

This formula has four ingredients, which means I don't have to buy four separate supplements and could save you money by using this one. The capsules are tasteless and break down quickly in your body. I like this formula as I have noticed less stiffness and inflammation after working out. Another bonus is that it helps with digestion and liver health to offer a more complete formula. This supplement is made in Canada and tested for contaminants. It is also GMO-free, Gluten-free, Vegan, and made in a cGMP-certified facility. Overall, a pure, side-effect-free supplement that provides an abundance of clean, tested ingredients, priced reasonably.

Great price for great product. I was looking for a Turmeric supplement. And this is prefect. Easy to drink. Not too big, doesn't smell bad.

I've been taking this Turmeric supplement from Evernate for about 2 weeks, as my old Turmeric supplement ran out. I take it for joint inflammation. I've had no issues with the pills themselves. This is a clearly a science backed formulation that is designed to blend necessary ingredients needed so that your body can utilize the Turmeric - Do your own research to learn about the role of Black Pepper (BioPerine) in Turmeric supplements.The gelatin capsule size is about average when compared to my other supplement capsules (see photo). The packaging is attractive and minimalist - basically a Turmeric coloured label on a simple white pill bottle. I like that the label has everything nicely laid out, and in french also. Evernate is a Toronto, Ontario based company - so if you're looking to support local - this is a great option.Directions on the bottle state an adult dose as being 2 capsules once per day. At 90 capsules per bottle, you've got a 1.5 month (45 day) supply. The expiry on my bottle was 10/2028, so plenty of time to use them.Like all my supplement reviews, I return to add comments as I detect things I attribute to their use (good or bad), and will do the same with this product.

This is a product I’m happy to add to my daily routine. The combination of four supplements is exactly what I need for inflammation control, joint support, protection against free radicals and strengthening my immune system; all things that important to me as I age. I like how it’s vegan, non GMO and void of artificial fillers and preservatives. I’m particularly impressed that it’s made in Canada, has a valid NPN #, and is third party Lab tested which reassures me of the integrity and high standards that were followed in production.There are enough pills per bottle for a six week supply. They are on the larger size but I find them easy to swallow with no unpleasant after taste or digestive issues.I’ve been taking them for about a month now and feel it’s helping my joint stiffness especially in the mornings which I find to be an improvement in how my day starts.So far I’m impressed with this product and look forward to experiencing further benefits over time.

Started using recently and this brand is good

I ordered this to see if it would help with my digestions and joint pain, so far I haven’t noticed a difference but I also haven’t had any negative effects and have only been taking these for two weeks now.The bottle comes well sealed with both an external and internal safety seal. They are made in Canada and the bottle lists the NPN right on the front; it is active and the licence holder is Evernate. The capsules are on the larger side but not overly difficult to swallow, they have little to no flavour and they don’t seem to upset my stomach. All of the capsules arrived intact and there was no powder on the outside of the capsules. The recommended dose is two capsules once daily so this bottle should last 45 days, which is a decent value.Overall these capsules have a lot going for them (good combination and dosage, made in Canada, valid NPN, lab tested and vegan) but I’ll update this review if I find they aren’t effective. Like any supplement you should speak to your pharmacist if you take regular medication before taking them, especially with the black pepper extract.

I have been a regular user of turmeric and ginger shots because they do so well for my stomach easing discomfort, but the hard taste was always something to deal with. I really wanted to see how this supplement would compare and they have been such a great alternative, its very easy on my stomach not very difficult to swallow. I can feel it gives a similar effect to the shots. Very nice combination of turmeric ginger and black pepper, its a solid choice

This supplement helps my joints especially my knees. I walk daily as a form of exercise and my knees hurt less now.I take it daily at a rate of two capsules per day and I like the composition of the active ingredients .I don’t like so much what fillers are used, since I try to avoid both magnesium stearate and the cellulose based fillers, because they are less digestible for me. But given that I like the active ingredients I will still use this supplement and it seems to help.The actives are a combo of turmeric, ginger and black pepper extract. The turmeric is present both as root and extract (curcuminoids) which are standardized for 95 %.The capsules are standard sized and no more difficult to take than others, and they are easy on my stomach, with no side effects at all.I am pleased with this supplement, both for composition and for quality (made in Canada, tested, valid NPN)Thank you

I have been taking Turmeric for many years as antioxidant support, digestion and to reduce inflammation.Coming from an Indian background, turmeric is a widely used spice in cooking. Growing up, my mother forced me to drink a spoonful in warm milk when I was sick or had stomach issues and I hated it. Fast forward 40 years and I have more appreciation for these natural remedies used for thousand of years. While knowing this, I still can’t stomach drinking the stuff so I take the supplements.I like the blend in this product. Turmeric, curcumin, ginger and BioPerine (black pepper extract). These ingredients are known to aid in digestion, cell support, inflammation, immune health, and muscle soreness. The combination is used to have better absorption.Always check with your health care professional prior to using as it could interact with other supplement and medications.These are easy to digest. Includes 90 capsules. Recommended to take 2 capsules, once per day.

I have been taking turmeric for a long time as I find that my joints feel so much better when I do. This blend by Evernate also includes the added benefits of ginger and curcumin plus bioprene. Bioprene is a component of black pepper that helps with bioavailability and absorption. The capsules are small and easy enough to swallow and didn't give me any digestive issues. Since I was already taking turmeric I was able to judge whether my benefits continued while using this brand and they do. I appreciate that this is a Canadian product with a verifiable NPN number to give me confidence in it's quality and purity. I have been taking it for two weeks at the time of this review and find it to be effective for what I take it for.

The capsules are large so if you have trouble swallowing something on the bigger side these might not be for you. There is not noticeable flavour.The product is manufactured and packaged in Canada. That’s important to me. We have some pretty strict rules in Canada when it comes to product purity and what can and cannot go into the container. The product is tested and you know what you are getting. That means a lot. At $19.95 (at the time of my order) for a 45 day supply the price seems reasonable to me. The safety and price both seem good so I’m going to say yes, I do recommend this product.

The bioavailability (absorption) is not good in the supplement itself and thankfully, this product adds BioPerine to increase its bioavailability.Being a health food supplement, it is very hard to evaluate its merits but as an antioxidant, I consider a higher dose to be more of a benefit. This product boasts a 10:1 ratio making it equivalent 2500 mg. of dry herb.The capsules are of average supplement size. The container does not present with a strong odour, just a lightly discernible scented turmeric spice smell.The recommended dose is two capsules once a day. These capsules are an easy way to get a number of different ingredients that claim to have anti-inflammatory affects. It's much easier than trying to figure out how to get them into cooking and make sure you're getting the daily recommended amount when you take a daily supplement with high quality ingredients. It’s tasteless and easy to swallow.

The supplements are easy to swallow and there is a mild aftertaste/burp that mildly resembles ginger. The supplements are high in turmeric and curcumin. Not all turmeric supplements have added black pepper, which improves its absorption and I’m very happy to find black pepper extract in this supplement. I would repurchase if these came in a bigger bottle or multi-pack, as our whole family uses these supplements. These supplements are made in Canada.
